Position: Sales Executive-Manager

1. Business Development
Develop and grow sales in our aluminium and glass business.
Build relationships with customers and hit sales targets.
2. Costings and Quotations
Drive revenue growth and assist in formulating sales strategies.
Assist with showroom walk-ins.
Understand client requirements, work out project costings, create quotations, close sales leads.
Job Requirement
- 2 years sales experience (preferred)
- Drive sales and provide excellent customer service.
- Experience in the building and construction industry preferred; Those with existing client portfolio will have an advantage; Industry crossovers are welcome
- Candidate must be performance driven, possess a positive attitude, be willing to learn, responsible and have integrity
- Build and maintain good customer relationships through regular and effective communications.
- Handle customers’ enquires and propose solutions that meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments to respond to customers’ technical queries.
- Review customer’s quotation requirements against company’s resources and capabilities.
- Follow-up with customers on quotations submitted to secure orders.
- Comfortable with technology (E.g. MS Office, Mobile Apps)
- Able to read technical drawings and do basic calculations
- Able to travel around Singapore if required.
- Able to communicate with contractor, business owners, interior designer and architects
- Remuneration commensurate with experience
