Our client, a global MNC in a specialised medical device space, is looking for a Technical Application Specialist (Coagulation/Haemostasis) to join their haematology team in Singapore APAC office.
The Specialist will be the technical expert for product development, providing training and technical solutions/support to potential and existing users for Coagulation and Haemostasis related product range in the region. He/she is expected to collaborate with regional cross functional teams to enable more business growth and achieve overall business goals.

Responsibilities
- Product Development: Market technical expert of product range within company and within competitor space to assist the team in improving the specification of product to meet current needs of new or existing clients
- Business strategist: Regular sharing market info to business teams to enable successful business opportunities and increase market share
- Product demonstration: Participate in presales or end user training for clients whenever necessary.
- Product training: Deliver application and theoretical trainings for the sales representatives and appointed distributors in the region to enable related business team to achieve overall sales targets. Create and review training materials to ensure completeness and efficiency of programs.
- Product support: Resolve all product-related complaints and other application issues and provide solutions as needed
- Monthly business reports: Reporting activities from market insights, potential clients meetings, training schedules, encountered issues, action plan, and upcoming plans and follow up actions etc.
- Expense report: Proper submission of expenditures for all business meetings and overseas travelling assignment.
Requirements
- Diploma in Medical Technology
- Minimum 5 years of relevant medical technologist experiences in coagulation, haemostasis or related space
- Possess strong presentation and communication skills to deliver effective training programs and professional business communication with overseas counterparts.
- Uphold professional image, proactive to initiate collaboration across regional teams, with the commitment to meet business objectives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Open to travel 20-40% per year
