Summary:
The SSO IDM Production L3 Support Engineer is responsible for providing expert-level support and maintenance for identity and access management systems. The role includes managing production security solutions, supporting platform architecture, and overseeing incident and problem management within a multi-geographical, multi-disciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide architectural expertise to drive improvements in technology and processes for SSO and IDM platforms.
- Lead and deliver key projects aligned with SSO and LDAP platforms, including integration and testing.
- Monitor and improve the availability and performance of production environments.
- Coordinate with partner teams to analyze and resolve critical incidents.
- Manage changes within the production environment, ensuring compliance with change management frameworks.
- Document operational procedures and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and escalation procedures.
Requirements:
- Expertise in CA Siteminder Web SSO, SOA security (SAML/WS-Security), and LDAP.
- Proficiency in automation tools (Ansible) and scripting languages (Python, JS, shell).
- Strong experience with web technologies (Tomcat, Apache, nginx, IIS) and infrastructure standards (load balancers, servers, networks).
- Familiarity with authentication services (oAuth2, OpenIDConnect) and Kerberos/SSL/TLS/PKI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- ITIL Foundation certification is desirable.
- Proven experience in identity and access management, particularly in a production support role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with excellent communication abilities.
- Willingness to provide on-call support and work in shifts, including public holidays.
