Our client is a university located near Haw Par Villa MRT. This position is a 2-month contract (negotiable) to commence immediately.
Responsibility:
- Handling walks in enquiries
- Assist in office supplies and management
- Coordinate appointments
- Ad-hoc administrative support
Requirements:
- No minimum education
- Prior experience as administrator or receptionist will be a plus
- Meticulous and good personality
- Singaporean only
Additional Information:
- 2 months contract position (might extend according to company’s needs)
- 5-day work week
- Office hour (Tentatively 9am to 6pm)
- Near Haw Par Villa MRT
- $13/hr + CPF
