- Supporting office manager as necessary
- Arranging daily food deliveries with caterers and suppliers
- Ensure pantry is well-stocked and organized
- Point of contact for multiple external suppliers to maintain office's physical environment (Engineers, building management, electricians etc)
- Processing of inbound/ outbound mail to Singapore office, distributing to employees and arranging local and international carriers
- Greeting visitors and coordinating in-person or virtual meetings
- Planning of office events in Singapore
- Submitting office expenses (using Workday system)
- Negotiation of contracts with external vendors and liaising with internal stakeholders
- Managing multiple internal systems and processes, completing data entry to ensure accurate collation of information to senior management.
- Supporting HR with the onboarding/offboarding process by helping schedule interviews, orientations, and desk arrangements
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment independently
- Prior experience supporting headcount of at least 200
