Role Summary

SPACE Program is made up of Consumer Data Services/storage (CDS), Loyalty, Marketing Activation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Consumer Data Platform (CDP), and Analytics. The SPACE program has been rolled out to the North Asia zone and will be implemented to the SAPMENA markets. The CRM workstream of the brand’s integration seeks to integrate the brand’s current CRM system onto SPACE for the markets in both NA and SAPMENA.

The key objectives are as follows:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of the CRM integration project, ensuring alignment with both the brand and client’s strategic objectives.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and timelines, communicating progress and roadblocks effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and provide ongoing support to brand users transitioning to the client’s CRM system.
  • Rollout SPACE for that particular brand across all markets in the NA and SAPMENA region, according to the given rollout roadmap, through the software development lifecycle approach.


Main Responsibilities

  • Project and timeline management – own overall delivery timeline for different phases in the project lifecycle.
  1. Collaborate with different teams and workstreams to map out the group system landscape.
  2. Drive external vendors to explore and deliver solutions with alignment to requirements, ensuring quality and timeliness, whilst keeping to agreed scope.
  3. Organize and manage periodic steerco meetings.
  • Support Business Analysts in documenting as-is functionalities and integration landscape of current CRM system.
  • Ensure business requirements gathering of SPACE is completed timely, and the deliverables of each phase of the project has been delivered.
  • Oversee data mapping, cleansing, and migration activities to ensure data integrity and minimize disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive testing plan to validate data migration, system integration functionalities, and user acceptance.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or relevant fields.
  • At least 4 -7 years of experience in digital transformation projects, having held PM roles managing large, complex projects with multiple workstreams.
  • Has experience with projects involving system implementation, multiple systems' integration, and complex data migration.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, mapping out as-is model and defining target operating models.
  • Has experience leading the entire or a specific phase of the SDLC.
  • Experience managing and driving discussions with both Business & IT stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to understand requirements/ issues and bring relevant stakeholders into discussions to drive solution.

Good to have:

  • ITIL certification.
  • ServiceNow, Confluence application experience.
  • Proven project management experience (PMI methodologies) – PMP qualification.
  • Knowledge of client’s business and IT processes.
