Job Description:
- Drive and support initiatives for continuous improvement in utilities system operations, maintenance, and reliability.
- Develop metrics to monitor and enhance the performance of utility operations.
- Lead and assist system owners with utility projects, including reviewing engineering design documents and related drawings.
- Oversee and support Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and the commissioning of systems to ensure they meet User Specification Requirements (URS).
- Participate in system inspections to verify the reliable operation of utility systems.
- Lead and support audit preparations for regulatory inspections, ensuring adherence to all relevant site and global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as well as Good Engineering Practice (GEP) and Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
- Assist in the development, revision, review, and approval of Standard Operating Procedures, Risk Assessments, preventive maintenance programs, and job plans.
- Lead and support investigations of deviations, ensuring that Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) are implemented to prevent future occurrences.
- Guide and support change control initiatives aimed at continuous improvement for enhanced system reliability and operations.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical).
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of computer proficiency.
- Effective team player, able to collaborate successfully within and across teams.
