- Co-ordinates with consultants, sub-contractor, clients and other on all M&E matters, ensuring compliance in requirements, specifications and ensure project is on schedule
- Maintaining and developing good working relationships with internal and external customers
- Attend Coordinating Meeting
- Arrangement of work accordingly to work programs
- To Manage & Monitor subcontractors works and progress and feedback to Project Manager
- To supervise & coordinator M&E work on site
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/Building Services
- Local experience in construction industry is preferrable
- Well versed in Building and M&E Installation
- Able to plan and handle drawings details
- Able to liaise with sub-contractors, clients & consultants
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Engineering from a recognized institution
- At least 5 years of working experience in Building & Construction in HDB (BTO) project
- Knowledge in Auto Cad is preferred
