Job Description:
-Preparing tender documents and quantities, providing cost estimates, evaluating tender proposals, conducting project feasibility studies and managing cost information for all projects
-Ensures timely kick-off and proper handing-over of newly secured projects.
-Liaises with relevant parties to ensure all project disputes/ clarifications are settled.
-Ensuring all contractual requirements of all projects are fully complied with and responding to all contractual matters involving cost and time implications.
Requirements:
1) Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying.
2) Min 2-3 years’ experience, preferably experience in building/ facilities maintenance
3) Well-versed in Contracts Administration
4) Possess good negotiation and coordination skills
5) Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people from all levels.
6) Able to work independently with minimum supervision
7) 5-Day Work-Week
