Training manager plans, directs and coordinates the training and development activities of the staff of an organisation.
He/she may also design and develop new training modules and supervise all the activities related to the planning and delivery of these programmes.
1. Identifying Training Needs: Assess the training requirements of staff to ensure they meet industry standards and organizational goals.
2. Developing Training Programs: Create comprehensive training plans, including lesson plans, multimedia presentations, and hands-on exercises.
3. Implementing Training: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and drills to enhance the skills and knowledge of security personnel.
4. Evaluating Effectiveness: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance evaluations.
5. Managing Budgets: Oversee the training budget to ensure cost-effective use of resources.
6. Staying Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in training and incorporate them into the training programs
