Global People Partner
What this role is responsible for:
The People Partner is a strategic collaborator with business leaders, responsible for providing expert advice and hands-on support across all HR functions to drive employee engagement, performance, and organizational growth, while also supporting day-to-day people operations. This role will act as a trusted partner to leadership, aligning people strategies with business objectives and ensuring best practices are followed across the organization.
Responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Business Partnering:
+ Collaborate with department heads and leaders to understand business goals and provide strategic people advice and hands-on support on performance management, talent development, and organizational design to meet those objectives.
+ Act as a trusted advisor to People Leaders, ensuring alignment between people strategies and business needs.
- Performance Management & Employee Relations:
+ Provide guidance and support execution of performance management, including conducting effective performance reviews, feedback sessions, and employee development plans.
+ Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including
coaching, handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict
resolution.
- HR Operations & Process Improvement:
+ Provide hands-on support across the full people spectrum, including key areas of the employee lifecycle and support the delivery of generalist P&P activities, including, recruiting, onboarding, growth & development, performance management, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, succession planning and change management.
+ Assist in the progression and moderation of operating policies,
guidelines, and systems to encourage best practices across the company.
- Employee Engagement & Culture:
+ Drive and build Crimson’s culture alongside People Leaders to ensure
that it is engaging, supportive, reflects Crimson’s values and fosters a
high-performance.
+ Partner with leaders to drive employee engagement programs, analyze survey data, and implement actions that improve the overall employee experience.
- Project Management Support:
+ Provide project management support for key People programs,
ensuring that initiatives are executed efficiently and deliver measurable
outcomes.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive people-focused projects and initiatives.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
+ Ensure all people-related activities are compliant with local labour laws in partnership with the Legal team and Payroll team.
+ Advise leaders on mitigating risks and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures to maintain a fair and compliant workplace.
- HR Data & Analytics:
+ Maintain the integrity of HR data by ensuring the accuracy of input
across systems.
+ Use data analytics to assess people trends, identify gaps, and provide
insights that inform decisions on talent management, retention, and
employee performance.
- Talent
+ Support the development of Crimson’s talent acquisition strategy,
including the way we attract talent, build candidate pipelines, source,
assess, and onboard new hires.
+ Facilitate and build recruitment capability amongst Hiring Managers
and the People & Performance team, leveraging innovative
opportunities, a seamless and aligned candidate experience, DE&I and
process improvement.
+ Oversee end-to-end critical recruitment process at Crimson with a focus on sourcing, role design, capability assessment and speed.
+ Oversee Crimson’s Employer Branding initiatives in partnership with
Marketing and the wider team, including but not limited to webinars,
expos, intern and graduate development programmes.
