Admin Cum HR Assistant

Job Description

  • Handle general admin tasks (phone calls, office stationery and office maintenance)
  • Handle worker's dormitory issue
  • Apply/renew/cancel MOM-related work pass
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Provide clerical & administration support to the business team
  • Help organize employee welfare activities, including staff events and recognition programs
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Managing Director

Job Requirements


  • Diploma in Business Management/ Administration or related disciplines
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, self-disciplined, able to work independently with multi-tasking ability
