Job Description
- Handle general admin tasks (phone calls, office stationery and office maintenance)
- Handle worker's dormitory issue
- Apply/renew/cancel MOM-related work pass
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Provide clerical & administration support to the business team
- Help organize employee welfare activities, including staff events and recognition programs
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Managing Director
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Management/ Administration or related disciplines
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Responsible, detail-oriented, self-disciplined, able to work independently with multi-tasking ability
