- To deliver full scope of services sold until Final Acceptance by Customer
- An Effective organiser and communicator between all relevant Stakeholders.
- Can do attitude and utilize manpower and resources balanced to efficiently achieve “buy off” in shortest possible time.
- Internal coordination with local and HQ staff.
- Support sales team by translating and assessing Chinese Language tender documents.
- Manage project according to company policy, company standards, and client satisfaction.
- Project preparation-schedule of project, sales order tracking, machine configuration to specifications.
- Manage documentation of projects.
- In charge of in-house stock, overseas stock and shipping.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electronic, Automation or Mechanical Engineering.
- Min 3 years of experience in a similar position in project management in Equipment preferably in SMT/PBCA process and practical experience.
- International project management is an added advantage
- Bilingual in English and Chinese Language
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies as relevant to the project execution.
- Self-starter with excellent leadership and team building skills for end-to-end program management.
- Able to apply commonly used MS Excel shortcut keys and has a good habit of notes taking in pointers.
