RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Communication:
- Assist in the development and execution of digital communication strategies.
- Contribute to social media management and content creation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance online presence.
Small IT Improvements:
- Support in identifying and implementing small-scale IT improvements.
- Work on troubleshooting and resolving user-related technical issues.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of digital tools.
User Training:
- Conduct user training sessions on digital tools and platforms.
- Develop training materials and documentation for end-users.
- Provide ongoing support to users, addressing queries and concerns.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent diploma
- Digital native, comfortable with MS Office and all latest digital apps
- Autonomy and ability to work independently.
- Curious, strong motivation and eagerness to learn, interested in technology.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of digital communication tools and IT systems.
- Requirements for language(s): English
