- Internal coordination with local and HQ staff.
- Support sales team by translating and assessing Chinese Language tender documents.
- Manage project according to company policy, company standards, and client satisfaction.
- Project preparation-schedule of project, sales order tracking, machine configuration to specifications.
- Manage documentation of projects.You will take care that our customer gets the required spare parts in the shortest of time.
- You will prepare quotations and process the orders. You will be in charge of in-house stock, overseas stock and shipping.
- Able to apply commonly used MS Excel shortcut keys and has a good habit of notes taking in pointers.
- Experience in project management in Equipment preferably in SMT/PBCA process and practical experience.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese Language
