OUR ROLE
As an engineer accountable for the introduction of new product within the Power Transistor sub-Group, you will be mainly responsible for the characterization and qualification of Silicon Carbide Technology based Power MOSFETs; additionally, you might be required to handle other technologies in our portfolio like Silicon MOSFETs and IGBTs, GaN HEMT and Power Modules.
The job holder will be involved in characterization laboratory activities such as:
- Testing program development, debug and deployment.
- Product characterization either at wafer and package level.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- PCB design and development.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor/master’s degree in electrical engineering or closely related field.
- 3+ years of direct work experience in a semiconductor Probe/Final Test environment preferably as a Test Development Engineer and/or Product Engineer.
- Experience/knowledge in new product characterization and qualification.
- Understand the semiconductor Front-End and Back-End manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of Wide Band Gap technologies/products such as Silicon Carbide and Gallium Nitride is considered a plus.
- Experience with industry Automated Test Equipment such as Teradyne (ETS88TH), SPEA (DOT800), ACCOTEST (STS 8200), TESEC (431TT),...
- Test Software development experience & skills, including knowledge of C/C++.
- Knowledge of statistical method and process control.
- PCB Hardware design knowledge & trouble shooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills as well as detail-oriented work ethic.
