Responsibilities:
- Public Relation Strategy Leadership: Lead Public Relation strategies across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness in the wedding and party fashion industry.
- Media Engagement: Develop and implement media engagement strategies, both organic and paid, that drive results.
- Annual Planning: Conceptualize and create annual plans to meet brand objectives and secure extensive media coverage.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the development and execution of product campaigns, collections, seasonal brand plans, and high-level media strategies to achieve business goals.
- Team Management: Manage the communication team to deliver KPIs such as brand awareness, website traffic, and sales.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Work with the Senior Leadership team to share industry trends and insights.
- Reporting: Produce weekly and monthly reports for senior leadership with actionable takeaways and recommendations for revenue growth.
- Support Across Teams: Support the wider team both in the UK and internationally to deliver against brand goals.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with wider marketing teams, including digital, SEO, social media, and influencer teams, to create and execute social-first ideas, activations, events, and strategies
Additional Information:
- More than 5 year of related experience with Public Relation, Influencer Comms or similar role, fashion retail experience is beneficial.
- A deep understanding of the role that social influencers can play in promoting and driving commercial value for the business.
- Be familiar with current and emerging social media platforms.
- Passion for communications, social media and on-line retail marketing in general.
- An intense interest in fashion and related fields.
- Self-starter with a desire to think outside of the box to bring compelling content partnerships and activation ideas to clients.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and operate under pressure.
- Experience or resources in overseas media (Western Country)
