Job Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business
opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth for our
limousine and transport rental services. The role will focus on expanding our market share by
developing strategies to secure contracts with corporate accounts, hotels, travel agencies, and
event planners. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, target-driven individual with
experience in the transportation or hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to achieve sales targets and expand the
company’s client base.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the corporate and events
sectors.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various
industries, including corporate clients, event planners, travel agents, and hotels.
- Drive the sales cycle from initial client contact to contract negotiation and closure.
2. Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential client
needs.
- Develop pricing strategies, promotional plans, and sales presentations to meet client
demands and market conditions.
- Monitor market conditions and adapt sales tactics as needed to remain competitive.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer
satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain a comprehensive CRM database to track sales activities, client interactions,
and follow-ups.
4. Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery for new and
existing clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored promotional campaigns
targeting specific sectors.
- Provide regular sales reports to senior management, outlining business development
activities, results, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
2. 1 - 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management,
preferably within the transportation, hospitality, or relevant industry.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
4. Strong understanding of the transport and limousine rental market is a plus.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
