We are looking for an Admin Executive with 2 or 3 years experience and proficient in Microsoft Excel. He / She must have a positive attitude, meticulous, and can speak English and Chinese. Only Singaporean / Singapore PR.
Role & Responsibility:
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices, customer statements, and credit note in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team on billing issues and improve the collections process.
- Communicate professionally with customers via phone, email, or in text writing while maintaining a positive relationship.
- Collaborate with sales team on asset movement and maintain the records of the asset movement.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time
