Job Description
- Source and Procure Materials: Responsible for sourcing materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment in line with specifications;
- Vendor Management: Select vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery;
- Procurement Processes: Responsible for procurement functions including RFQ (Request for Quotation), PO (Purchase Order), obtaining necessary approvals and documentation management;
- Department Coordination: Work closely with sales, project, and accounts departments to meet technical, delivery, and payment requirements;
- Logistics Management: Coordinate inbound, outbound shipments and deliveries efficiently;
- Inventory Control:
- i) Maintain accurate records of all purchases and manage stock levels to ensure availability;
- ii) Oversees the upkeep & accuracy of stock movement records at store & ensure proper maintenance of documentation;
- iii) Verify the accuracy of store’s inventory records;
- iv) Conduct Logistic Audit.
- Policy Enhancement: Contribute to enhancing the company's purchasing policy.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Director.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Min 2 years site working experience preferably in similar background.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good computer literacy especially in Microsoft Excel & Words; Knowledge of Autocount Accounting System is a plus
