Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Operational Oversight:
- Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
Financial Management:
- Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and reporting to maintain fiscal responsibility and profitability.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and senior management.
Performance Metrics:
- Establish and monitor performance metrics to evaluate organizational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Project Management:
- Oversee major projects from start to finish, ensuring they align with strategic objectives.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and communications for senior management.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Facilitate internal and external communications, acting as a liaison between departments.
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
- Monitor product inventory and coordinate procurement as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in business administration, management, or a related area.
- Proven leadership experience with a solid understanding of business operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management and office software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
