Responsibilities:
- Participate in discussions to understand business processes and user requirements.
- Provide consultative advice and support on SAP-related functions and activities.
- Collaborate with vendors for SAP Application Management Services.
- Evaluate and implement third-party add-ons to enhance SAP capabilities.
- Conduct feasibility studies for SAP modules based on business needs.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for customized SAP solutions.
- Track project timelines, requirements, and costs to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide L1/L2 SAP support and follow up on escalated issues (L3).
- Support various SAP projects, enhancements, rollouts, and post-go-live activities.
- Prepare management reports on project status and progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- About 2 to 3 years of experience working with SAP, particularly in FICO, SD, MM, and related modules.
- Demonstrated expertise in SAP, with a focus on Material Management, Logistics, or Sales and Distribution in technical and/or functional roles.
- Experience with SAP OpenText is an advantage.
- Proven track record in managing projects through their full lifecycle.
