Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise with donors, vendors, and other stakeholders to build and maintain relationships
- Design engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and fundraising materials using Canva
- Manage and maintain accurate records of donor interactions, donations, and vendor communications
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts to promote fundraising campaigns and events
- Provide administrative support to the fundraising team as needed
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in any field
- Able to commit for a minimum period of 4 – 6 months
- Experience in marketing or events management will be advantageous
- Proficient in Canva and other design tools
- Basic experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
