Job Description
- Ensuring assigned maintenance activities are carried out in a timely manner.
- Managing internal and external stakeholders like tenants, contractors and colleagues.
- Managing assigned A&A and minor repair works.
- Coming up with and supporting initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity of facilities management operations.
- Develop detailed work specifications, obtain price quotes, assess proposals, and make recommendations for award.
- Carry out site inspections (indoor and outdoor)
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Estate or Facility Management, Real Estate, Property Development, Engineering or equivalent.
- Class 3 driving license to drive around the site
- Min. 2 years of experience in managing hard and/or soft facilities management activities, contractors and stakeholders will be advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
