- Supervising and working consultatively with staff members
- Preparation of financial and management accounts for a portfolio of clients
- Preparation of IRAS tax returns including quarterly GST reports and annual Forms C/C-S
- Point of contact between clients and service providers
- Provide full secretarial spectrum for management including preparation of meeting materials and minutes
- ACRA efiling, prepare annual return, XBRL
- Support the preparation of documents to clients, e.g. notices, circulars and annual reports
- Responsible for the incorporation of companies and off-shore special purpose vehicle
- Administer and maintain records, registers and other relevant documents
