STORE SUPERVISOR

Job Duties:


• Ensure consistent quality of food and beverages for all customers.


• Provide excellent customer service at the counter.


• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to maintain hygiene standards.


• Maintain cleanliness of preparation and counter areas.


• Handle cash transactions.


• Plan, recruit, and schedule monthly duty rosters for drink stall staff.


• Submit staff attendance and leave records to the office for payroll processing.


• Analyze the cost of goods sold and ensure staff meet monthly KPI sales targets.


• Review financial transactions such as budgets and payroll records.


• Manage service performance and employees during shifts in the absence of the Outlet Manager, including training, providing support during busy periods, addressing customer complaints, and maintaining positive relationships with the store to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.


• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring consistent and fair handling of customer complaints and adherence to company policies.


• Follow closing procedures in accordance with company policies and procedures to minimize financial risk.


• Foster two-way communication and cultivate an environment of ownership, motivation, and teamwork.


• Manage day-to-day food and beverage operations within budgetary guidelines and to the highest standards.


• Design exceptional menus, purchase goods, and implement necessary improvements.


• Conduct monthly inventory in the designated store.


• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the Manager.



Requirements:


• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a coffee shop environment.


• Willingness to work long hours and weekends.


• Up-to-date with food and beverage trends and best practices.


• Proficiency in various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS system).


• Experience in handling customers and resolving problems efficiently.
