Regional Operations Manager

Apex Tech Management Pte. Ltd.

Job Description:

- Manage the day-to-day operations including project management, resource allocation, financial planning, and workflow optimization across assigned regions (chiefly, in the Middle East and APAC countries)

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute regional business strategies and growth plans

- Develop and implement operational strategies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve organizational goals

- Lead and manage operational projects, including process enhancements, system implementations, and new initiatives, ensure high quality service delivery

- Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices to streamline processes and improve efficiency

- Manage vendor contracts and service agreements and ensure compliance

- Oversee the resolution of IT incidents and service requests, ensuring prompt and effective responses to minimize disruption

- Build and lead a high-performing team, foster a collaborative and positive work environment to enhance team engagement and productivity

- Address and resolve any operational or financial issues in a timely manner

- Work closely with the finance team on regional financial matters, including but not limited including budgeting, forecasting, monitoring expenditures, and optimizing financial performance related operations

- Prepare and present regular reports on operations and financial performance to senior management

- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including finance, IT, and business units, to align operations with organizational goals

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders


Requirements:

- Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in operations management and accounting within the software or technology industry

- Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and accounting practices and proficiency in operational and financial software tools and systems

- Outstanding team and project management skills, capable of handling complex situations and making effective decisions

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving skill

- Ability to travel as needed

- Strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the local market
