Job descriptions:
- Conduct professional face-to-face consultation for beauty and body treatments and recommend suitable treatment and services to customers.
- Able to perform beauty and/or body wellness treatment services will be a plus point but not necessary.
- Follow up treatment results with the customers.
- Ensure client satisfaction and comfort after each treatment.
- Building good rapport and establishing good relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals.
- Achieve sales target and beauty goals with customers.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O’level / A’ level/Diploma or equivalent.
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience in beauty/wellness industry.
- Willing to work retail hours.
- Possess beauty certification – ITEC or CIBTAC or CIDESCO or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual, able to speak in Mandarin to handle queries and feedback from Chinese-speaking customers is preferred.
