About the Role:
We are seeking passionate and committed individuals who are eager to start a rewarding career in early childhood education. As a Trainee Infant Educator, you will be provided with the opportunity to develop your skills through hands-on experience and training in a supportive environment. You will be mentored by experienced educators and work with infants (aged 2 to 18 months) to ensure their development, safety, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist educators in the daily care and supervision of infants, including feeding, diapering, and engaging in age-appropriate activities.
- Support the creation of a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for infants.
- Help observe and document infants' developmental milestones and progress.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of daily activities that promote cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development.
- Maintain a clean and organized learning space, ensuring health and safety standards are upheld at all times.
- Attend professional development training and workshops to continuously enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood care.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive environment for both infants and their families.
- Build trusting relationships with infants, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and a cohesive caregiving approach.
Requirements:
- A passion for working with young children, especially infants.
- Willingness to undergo training and obtain relevant early childhood education certifications (e.g., WSQ Certificate in Infant and Toddler Care / Advanced Certificate in Early Years).
- Good communication skills and a patient, caring disposition.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards learning and development.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in early childhood education or infant care is an advantage but not required.
- Basic knowledge of infant care, health, and safety practices.
- Possess at least Secondary 4 education (completed 10 years of formal education), and GCE 'O' levels certificate with C6 in Chinese language (or equivalent).
