Job Description:
- Front-end customer service role with appointment-based interactions and occasional walk-ins
- Serve as the main point of contact to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the showroom
- Introduce customers to the company's certified pre-owned programs and warranties
- Inform customers about current promotions and offers
- Collect feedback and Google reviews from customers
- Monitor customer behavior for potential disturbances or security concerns and report to the duty manager
- Occasionally assist with customer service ticketing inquiries
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service
- Tech-savvy with good multitasking and communication skills
- Comfortable working 2 weekend shifts per month with flexible weekday off
