Job Functions:
· Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operation
· Ensure smooth completion of the construction project within the specified time-frame, budget and quality and in accordance to the statutory requirements
· Attend all client, consultants, sub-contractors and site meetings
· Liaise closely with consultants, architects, sub-contractors and authorities
· Ensure safer construction activities are implemented on site and corporate WSHE standards are met
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil/Structural Engineering, recognised by the PE Board.
· Minimum 5 years’ work experience in a project management role in A&A / R&R / New Build
· Strong project management skills and sense of responsibility
· Excellent leadership and people management skills, good working attitude, discipline and able to work independently
· Excellent analytical ability during project planning and implementation stages in order to minimize risks and overcome potential problems
