Responsibilities:
- Assist SecurityManager and undertake any other related duties stipulated by S.O.
- Conduct full spectrum security audits, exercises and investigation.
- Supervise security service providers and manage daily security operations.
- Conduct inventory check on the assets assign to security.
- Follow-up on security feedbacks / suggestions for improvement.
- Follow-up and coordinate on security development projects with security service / system providers.
- Coordinate smooth and safe visit by local government officials, foreign delegates, and VIPs.
- Ensure that no discrepancy on the submission of quotation or invoice submitted from Securityvendor.
- Manage data records in Staff Entrance and Exit (SEE) System.
- Liaise with the client's stakeholders and contractors for any defects reported on security systems.
- Refer preliminary update on disciplinary matters to Discipline Team.
- Document security meeting minutes, statistic reports and data.
- Manage carpark system and liaise its day-to-day carpark operations with the carpark operator
- Submission of reports of carpark complimentary tickets from users and the numbers of complimentary tickets printed for all the events of the month to Office of Estates.
- Spare parts inventory report to be submitted to Office of Estates
- Collation of monthly complimentary usage from the client's staff and external hirers
- Undertake any other related duties stipulated by the client.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline with 5 years of relevant experience supervising securitypersonnel; OR
- Higher Nitec or Nitec in in any discipline with 7 years of relevant experience supervising securitypersonnel;
- Good knowledge of security, design and implementation of physical security plans
- Technical knowledge of security systems/equipment such as IDS, CCTVs, access control systems, carpark systems etc. and their integration
