Packaging and Fulfilment Associate

Hygiene and Safety Standards

1. Follow the organisation’s personal, food and beverage hygiene standards.
2. Follow the organisation’s workplace safety and health policies and procedures.

Packing and E-Commerce Fulfilment

1. Assist in the assembly of packaging.
2. Execute daily operational tasks in accordance to daily task list and goals.
3. Maintain records of inventory and supplies.
4. Perform visual checks of all chocolate products before packaging.
5. To assist in the packaging of chocolate bars and other chocolate products (eg. dragees, bark, spreads …etc) to match business needs.
6. Check on storage conditions for all bars and products.
7. Assist in the maintenance of Packing Area and Retail Counter
8. Accurately select and pack customer orders
9. Coordinate and schedule deliveries
10. Communicate effectively with delivery partners
11. Collaborate with the Marketing and relevant teams to manage service recovery efforts
12. To consciously and consistently maintain a clean, well-organized work environment.
13. Work in a team.
