Job Summary:
As a Mid-Senior UI Designer, you will lead the design of visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, developers, and product managers to ensure that our designs are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. We are specifically looking for mid-weight designers who can rationalize their design decisions, confidently challenge design problems, and are up-to-date with the latest tech trends such as AI and GenAI.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, mock ups, and prototypes and iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Establish and implement design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of design elements.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to their professional growth.
- Develop and maintain a UI component library.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in UI design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
