Recruitment Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Conduct business development to acquire new clients through cold calling.
- Management and servicing of new & existing client accounts to increase/maintain market share.
- Understand client’s manpower/HR needs and provide business solutions.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with clients and candidates to achieve high retention.
- Drafting and posting job advertisements on various job portal platforms.
- Fulfilment of job orders – source, interview and assess potential candidates according to clients’ job order requirements.
- Achieve monthly sales target set by the Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree
- At least 1 year of HR / talent acquisition / sales support / business development experience
- Must be driven and motivated
- Candidates with more years of experience can be considered Senior level
- Training will be provided for applicants with no recruitment experience
- Comfortable with a fast-paced working environment
