Introduction:
This position will manage corporate wide financial processes- forecasting, tracking actuals and providing variance analysis in manufacturing support teams like Corporate Quality, Utilities and Energy, Environmental Health and Planning functions
Your Job:
- Support monthly forecasting, actuals and variance analysis
- Maintain worldwide data integrity and performance to target KPIs
- Develop and manage calendars across our BU and Fabs around the world
- Own the monthly financial reporting to Executives
- Track productivity and efficiency metrics
- Drive CIP into our capex processes and templates
- Ad-hoc reporting
What You Will Need
- BS in Finance plus 3-5 years of finance experience, or
Preferred Qualification:
- Demonstrated accounting and financial analysis skills
- Strong written English communication
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Bias for action
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer orientation
- Ability to meet deadlines in a timely fashion and with high quality output
- Strong understanding and proficiency of financial systems and tools (Hyperion, Oracle, Microsoft office suite of products, and Google web applications)
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop and drive standardized processes
