Job description

  • Monitor and drive weekly trainers planning forecast
  • Schedule and deploy trainers for job assignment 1 to 3 months ahead
  • Collaborate with Sales & Operations team on identifying and resolving real-time constraints.
  • Work closely with Sales & Operations team to ensure 100% training fulfilment.
  • Coordination with Sales & Operations team for any adhoc job assignments
  • Flow job assignment details to Project Manager & General Manager in timely manner
  • Optimize monthly utilization rate for Project Manager & General Manager
  • Complete weekly and/or monthly reports to Project Manager & General Manager

Requirements:

  • Able to work independently and handle dynamic scheduling
  • Ability to multitask and manage sudden changes in priorities.
  • Logical approach to problemsolving, inventive, and resultsoriented, with high attention to detail.
  • Strong planning, organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of planning and administrative tools is preferable.
  • Excellent communication skills verbal, written & listening.
  • Proven fluency in English (verbal & written).
