Job description
- Monitor and drive weekly trainers planning forecast
- Schedule and deploy trainers for job assignment 1 to 3 months ahead
- Collaborate with Sales & Operations team on identifying and resolving real-time constraints.
- Work closely with Sales & Operations team to ensure 100% training fulfilment.
- Coordination with Sales & Operations team for any adhoc job assignments
- Flow job assignment details to Project Manager & General Manager in timely manner
- Optimize monthly utilization rate for Project Manager & General Manager
- Complete weekly and/or monthly reports to Project Manager & General Manager
Requirements:
- Able to work independently and handle dynamic scheduling
- Ability to multitask and manage sudden changes in priorities.
- Logical approach to problemsolving, inventive, and resultsoriented, with high attention to detail.
- Strong planning, organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of planning and administrative tools is preferable.
- Excellent communication skills verbal, written & listening.
- Proven fluency in English (verbal & written).
