Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
