Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, profitability, and market expansion, aligned with the organization’s mission and vision.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient resource management, productivity, and high performance across all departments.
  • Financial Management: Provide financial stewardship, including budget planning, cost management, and P&L oversight, to ensure the company meets its financial targets.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure that the company operates in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Maintain effective internal controls and risk management practices.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including shareholders, clients, partners, and regulatory bodies. Represent the company’s interests and maintain transparency.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the executive team, fostering a collaborative culture and promoting professional growth.
  • Board Reporting: Provide timely, accurate, and insightful reports to the Board of Directors on company performance, risks, and strategic opportunities.
  • Innovation and Change Management: Drive continuous improvement and encourage innovation across the organization. Lead and support change initiatives to keep the company competitive.
  • Brand and Reputation Management: Serve as a spokesperson for the company, enhancing its public image and reputation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and operational excellence.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, financial oversight, and managing complex budgets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead a diverse team effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
