Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Account Servicing Executive to join our team, focusing on event clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving the success of our events. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
Salary: $3,500 - $4,200 depending on work experience Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned event clients, building strong, long-term relationships
- Support the Event Sales personnel regarding event-related inquiries and communications
- Understand client needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions and guidance throughout the event planning and execution process.
Project Oversight:
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts for clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly explained
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Kitchen, Bar, Operations) to deliver seamless event experiences
- Manage and engage 3rd party vendors where applicable, based on the client’s deliverables
Account Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement account strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.
Budget Management:
- Work with clients to establish event budgets, ensuring transparency and adherence to financial constraints
- Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to clients, ensuring financial objectives are met
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor event performance and client feedback, compiling insights for continuous improvement
- Prepare post-event reports and budgets to internal management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- At least 3+ years of experience in account management or client servicing, preferably within the events industry
- Strong understanding of event planning processes and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while meetingdeadlines
- Proficient in CRM software and event management tools
- Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindsets
