What you will be doing:
- To carry out site feasibilities study and prepare a clear development brief in respect of the Project’s quality, cost and time requirements and limitations
- Advise on the procurement strategy and prepare project budget and tender documents (pre-contract & post contract administration and procedures)
- Prepare tender documents, evaluate tenders received and recommendation to Clients for award of contracts
- Provide support on technical issues to Client
- Perform project management on cyclical projects, improvement and upgrading projects, additional and alteration projects
- Attend progress meeting and coordinate with Contractors and consultants to ensure delivery of result
- Perform site inspections, attend site meetings, provide regular progress reports and submit progressive project claims
- Prepare and submit reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Attend project site verifications and audits
- Facilitate in conducting of consensus gathering especially for upgrading and CIPC projects
- Handle feedbacks from the ground / residents pertaining to project
- Ensure safety measures and risk assessment are implemented and applied on site
- Collate and compilation projects’ documents upon completion of projects for TOP / CSC and Finalisation of Account.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required
You are:
- Proven experience in project management, including building repairs, replacements, alterations, and new construction projects.
- Ability to prepare development briefs, manage project quality, cost, and timelines.
- Expertise in advising on procurement strategies, preparing project budgets, tender documents, and handling pre-contract and post-contract administration.
- Experience in preparing cost estimates, finalizing costs, and coordinating project meetings with clients.
- Skills in preparing and evaluating tenders, and recommending contract awards to clients.
- Capability to provide technical support and advice to clients.
- Proficiency in coordinating with contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, authorities, and suppliers to ensure adherence to project timelines and plans.
- Experience in performing site inspections, attending site meetings, providing progress reports with photos, and managing progressive project claims.
- Ability to prepare and submit reports to representatives and government agencies, and handle site audits.
- Experience in facilitating consensus gathering for upgrading and CIPC projects.
