Director of Regional Business Division (RBD)
- Responsible for distributor targets in the appointed markets and products.
- Develop and cultivate of regional markets
- Responsible for the products’ profitability.
- Lead the RBD and Export team to develop marketing strategy and product positioning.
- Responsible for Purchase Management, Inventory and Sales (PSI) of the team
Requirements
Proven track record in sales leadership within the consumer electronics industry
Strong understanding of the marketplace; competitors’ products, pricing and sales strategies.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationship and clients and team members
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills
