As our M&C Officer, your role involves crafting compelling narratives for marketing campaigns. Today, you're capturing moments of students in action, creating engaging content for a diverse audience.
Working alongside a dedicated team of experienced teachers and administrative staff, each with their unique cultural background, you contribute to providing a secure and welcoming environment for children aged 18 months to 12 years.

The role
As part of our effort to boost brand awareness and generate leads, you will plan, execute, and manage advertising campaigns such as Instagram posts, Google Ads and Facebook Ads. We are seeking an experienced M&C Officer to oversee the school’s social media accounts, ensuring that all platforms deliver consistent, engaging, and on-brand messaging.
Success in this role also requires leading the redesign of our website and serving as the main point of contact for event management, including open houses, school fairs, and community engagement activities. Additionally, you will coordinate tours and open houses for prospective parents as needed, and spearhead the creation and successful broadcasting of our growth projects.
Your responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the school’s programs through multiple platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
- Develop and oversee communication materials like brochures, newsletters, and digital content, strengthening the school’s visibility and reputation among both internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead the collaboration with the IT department to redesign the school’s website, ensuring regular updates with current information, news, and events.
- Manage external communications, including press releases and media relations, to uphold and enhance the school’s reputation within the broader community.
- Plan, supervise and manage the production of the school’s annual yearbook.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist the broader Marketing & Business Development Team in preparing the annual marketing budget.
As part of the Business team, work closely with colleagues, school management, teachers, and the board to promote the school both within Singapore and internationally.
You have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communication or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector - A proven track record creating content for social media such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and Adobe InDesign is an asset
- Experience with SEO copywriting & SEM
- A proactive, hands-on mentality
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Graphic design and basic video editing skills are preferred.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
We offer you
A temporary contract from the date of employment until 30 June 2024 (potential for renewal). Part of the benefits package is a salary of SGD 3,500, a monthly transport allowance and 20 holidays based on a year contract, all based on a 32-hour workweek.
