Manage and adjust project priorities as needed to address unforeseen challenges.
  2. Stakeholder and Vendor Management:Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, external vendors, and consultants for all aspects of the relocation.
Ensure that vendors and service providers adhere to timelines, performance benchmarks, and contractual obligations.

  4. Data and Systems Integrity:Ensure the safe migration of critical infrastructure, data, and services with zero data loss and minimal disruption to business operations.
Work closely with the IT teams to ensure proper backups, testing, and validation processes are in place before and after migration.
Oversee the testing of systems post-relocation to ensure they are functioning correctly.
  5. Communication and Reporting:Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management, including detailed reports on progress, risks, and any issues encountered.
Ensure effective communication across all involved teams and departments.
Facilitate regular meetings to keep everyone aligned on project progress.
  6. Budget and Resource Management:Manage the project budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and that the project remains within financial constraints.
Optimize resource allocation across teams and departments to meet project milestones.
Monitor expenditures and identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  7. Compliance and Security:Ensure that the relocation process adheres to industry regulations, compliance requirements, and security best practices.
Collaborate with the information security team to ensure that sensitive data is protected during the relocation.
  8. Post-Relocation Support:Oversee the post-relocation phase, ensuring proper setup, testing, and operational performance of the relocated data center.
Address any issues or bottlenecks that arise after the transition.
Conduct a post-mortem review to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement for future projects.

Required Qualifications:
