Report to Head of Operations
- Assist in the renovation works of new and existing stores.
- Plan routine service schedule and manage ad-hoc servicing and repairs for all business units (F&B outlets and cinema)
- Strategize and manage servicing and maintenance budget for optimum efficiency
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance so as to maximize lifespan of assets and equipment
- Guide team of technicians to service and upkeep equipment and to meet operational needs
- Call for and review service contracts, tenders, quotations and renewals
- Assist in new outlet set-up including sourcing of equipment
- Arrange regular maintenance work with servicing or pest control vendors
- Prepare weekly reports
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management
