Job Description:
- High volume data entry into accounting system.
- Handle and maintain full sets of accounts, which include Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, and day-to-day function of accounts activities.
- Assist in month-end closing and reconciliations.
- Timely preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Maintain proper filing of documents.
- Assist in audits.
- Any other duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate with Diploma/Professional Certificate in Accounting or related function preferred
- Prior accounting experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of MYOB highly advantageous.
- Meticulous, organized, and have a keen eye for details.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
