Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR team to ensure timely and efficient operational HR services.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee recruitment processes, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Handle payroll administration and budgeting for the HR department.
- Provide professional development opportunities for the HR team to foster growth and improve performance.
- Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legislation to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, and a comprehensive understanding of the HR spectrum.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Proactive, independent, and capable of multitasking while working at both the conceptual and operational levels.
- Familiarity with the Employment Act and current HR practices and legislation in Singapore.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and experience with their implementation is an advantage.
