REPORTING TO: Senior General Manager, Synthetic Rubber Division of Asahi Kasei Corporation
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Realize Safety, Stable, Secure operation
· Lead all employees to achieve a safe, stable and secure operations and working environment as corporate culture.
2. Realize solid corporate management execution
· Lead and oversee the overall operations and business strategy of the company.
· Responsible for achievement of each fiscal year, mid-and long-term strategic goals and allocate assignments appropriately to each section.
· Maintain deep communication with other directors station in Japan and realizing accurate decision making.
· Lead the enforcement of Synthetic Rubber business management from the viewpoint of the group's overall optimum realization.
3. Building a relationship of trust with Society and Stakeholders as a representative of a company
· As a representative of a company, keep and enhance relationship of trust with society and every Stakeholders such as Customers, Suppliers, Vendors, Government officials, Union, Industry group, through keeping good communication and contribution.
· Working with the parent company and other group companies, realizing and maintaining a system that promotes steady and sustainable growth of employees.
· Execute responsible role in Safety, Quality, Environment and Health Management System
· Support in implementation and participate in the continuous improvement effort in the areas of Safety, Quality, Environment and Health Management System (for example SS506 part 3, ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, IATF 16949).
· To have a legal obligation to act in a responsible manner for the safety of themselves and other persons who may be affected by their actions or omissions at work.
· Assist the Management in ensuring that Major Accident Hazards are reduce to As Low as Reasonably Practicable (ALARP) and escalate when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Master or PhD Doctor Degree in Chemical Engineering.
2. At least 10 years of management experience in Chemical company
3. Outstanding Expertise and Experience in the following fields :
a) Technical knowledge in Synthetic Rubber
b) Human Resource
c) Accounting and Financing
d) Supply Chain Management (Procurement and Logistic)
e) Quality Management
f) Production Management
4. Fluent in Business Japanese language skill
5. Deep understanding and ability of implementation in Japanese corporate culture.
6. Strong leadership ability.
