Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in preparation of tender submission
Responsible for measurement of quantities & cost estimation Liaises with suppliers and contractors to get proposals/quotations and carry out evaluation
Timely preparation of Bills of Quantities, technical data & unit rate
Liaise, communicate and work with SubContractors/vendors/ suppliers
Requirements Degree/Diploma/NITEC and Higher NITEC in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering 3-5 years
QS experience related to M&E services / Civil / Construction
MS Office software proficient Cubic Cost Software proficient
A good team player
Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with high level of professionalism & integrity
