JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE to join our team to help continue our growth. Not for the faint hearted, this is a multi-faceted and evolving role, and you are expected to work in a high pace but fun, exciting and supportive environment and shall be constantly challenged to step out of your comfort zone, pioneer and try new ideas, acquire new skills and dabble in exciting assignments and projects of various natures.
You will work closely with our Managing Director to grow our business and social impact, both locally and internationally. In a way, you will have the privilege to be in the “front row seat”, observing and engaging key stakeholders, strategic partners, investors and prospects. The boundary to what can be learnt is only limited to the passion, skills and potential of the individual. Your duties shall include:
- Support corporate, business, and transformation strategies, including ventures into new frontiers and overseas markets.
- Involve in Pre-sales activities (demos, pitching, workshops)
- Draft business plans, MOUs, and proposals
- Support commercial and bidding activities (RFP, RFI, EOI, etc)
- Champion strategic projects (e.g. proof-of-concepts, demonstrations, pilots, etc.),
- Conduct market research and industry analysis
- Identify, initiate, and forge partnership with local and overseas partners, vendors and research institutions
- Drive strategic marketing and media/press events
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience (exceptions for exceptional candidates)
- Passion for innovation and digital transformation
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent research, writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Interpersonal skills for internal and external collaboration
- Able to think and work independently, comfortable with evolving roles and light travel
