Royal Ocean Marine is looking for a motivated HR professional to join our team as a DC 2024 HR. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting all HR functions and initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screenings, and conducting preliminary interviews
- Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes
- Support HR policy development and implementation
- Handle employee queries and provide HR-related assistance
- Assist in conducting exit interviews and analyzing feedback
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
